Why are the daytrips and travel tickets temporarily unavailable?
Because of the coronavirus our tickets are currently unavailable on Discover Holland until further notice.

Can I still travel by public transport in the Netherlands?
Yes, you definitely can with a regular travel ticket. For more information about how to travel responsible, the rules in the train and travel tickets visit: https://www.ns.nl/en/featured/corona.

Is it possible to change my order after I have paid for the tickets/travel pass?
No, we're sorry to say that your order is being processed automatically. As a consequence it is not possible to change your order anymore. We advise you to check the order in detail before finalizing and hitting the order button.

How do I collect my Travel Tickets?
Collect your Travel Tickets at one of the Public Transport ticket machines at

  • Schiphol Airport
  • Amsterdam Central IJ-zijde,

Or at one of these OV Service & Ticket shops:

  • Schiphol Airport
  • Amsterdam Central Station
  • Amsterdam Zuid
  • Amsterdam Sloterdijk
  • Amsterdam Amstel
  • Almere Centrum
  • Zaandam
  • Hilversum
  • Eindhoven

  • Den Haag Centraal

1) Print your order confirmation email and take it with you on your trip.
2) Collect your Travel Ticket at one of the listed OV Service & Tickets shops.
3) Have a nice trip!

Can I use Discover Holland exclusively with my mobile device?
Unfortunately not. It is currently necessary to search for a printer, have ink and paper ready to print your Ticket and Travel Pass. Only paper tickets will be accepted on site and while traveling.

I would like to know more details about a Day Trip or something went wrong while processing my payment. Where should I go?
